We invite you to the Argentine Tango Gala, a concert of Argentine tango performed by the Cuarteto Re!Tango orchestra. On stage you will hear compositions by Astor Piazzolla, Osvaldo Pugliese, or Anibala Troilo. In addition to musicians, world-renowned dancers from Italy will perform on stage: Barbara Carpino & Claudio Forte.

Argentine tango had its place in between classical and popular music for over 100 years. Tango songs are extremely complex and rich in form arrangements that, combined with a dance narrative, tell stories of passion, anger, and sincere joy.
The Gala is the official closing event of the international Koszalin Tango Festival 2023, which takes place this summer in Koszalin on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the international Tango Challenge seminars.

Their passion and talent make them quickly conquer the hearts of listeners in Europe. Their repertoire includes popular tango compositions liberated from triviality, played with maturity and reverence, where each sound has its weight and the effect gives you shivers!
The Argentinian music of broken hearts in the interpretation of Cuarteto Re!Tango impresses not only with its unusual virtuosity, but also with palpable commitment and sincerity of expression. Re!Tangos breathes to the rhythm of the tango!/p>

Barbara Carpino & Claudio Forte
Tango teachers and performers from Italy. They are among the most charismatic tango artists of their generation. They have both danced since 2002 and they quickly became one of the most famous European dancers and performers.
Claudio and Barbara started their tango journey together as kids, and soon after falling in love with the dance, they funded a tango school in Sicily, where they regularly teach for over 20 years.
They delight with the poetic movements and grace, their style is a mixture of unique simplicity, softness, and elegance. You will be a witness of delicacy, finesse, precision and passion for tango through your own eyes and ears.
